Sponsored Accounts for Dartmouth Research Related Systems

Dartmouth-Hitchcock personnel who are required to access Dartmouth College grant research related services, but do not have a Dartmouth NetID may request a Sponsored Dartmouth account.

The systems specifically are:

RAPPORT (Research Administration Principal Investigator PORTal)

  • Grant Administration (including IRB, HUB, COI, and CMR)
  • Esirius for ordering animals, access to training, and IACUC

BioRAFT - for Biosafety training and submission of protocols to the IBC.

Step-by-Step

  1. Navigate to the Sponsored Account Request Form

  2. The sponsored account request will need to be submitted by someone with a Dartmouth College NetID who is responsible for the D-H personnel needing to access the system (ie. faculty, department chairs, department research administrators, office for CPHS).

  3. The Sponsored account must be approved by the appropriate Senior Office for the system:

  • Mary-Ella Zietz (Provosts Office) for access to Esirius/RAPPORT for ordering animals, access to training, and IACUC
  • Julie Findley (Chief Operating Officer for Campus Services) for access to BioRAFT system for Biosafety training and submission of protocols to the IBC
  • Nicole Hewett and the Office of The Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (CPHS) is responsible for submitting and approving requests for Sponsored accounts for RAPPORT for IRB.  (Ann O'Hara is the director)
    • Other Approvers for CPHS
      • Rachel D. Bibeault
      • Kimberly A. Lyford
