Outlook for Mac Mailbox Issue Sending or Receiving Mail

If you are no longer Receiving or able to Send Email messages, the mailbox account may need to be deleted and readded. 

Open Outlook App

From Outlook Menu 

Select Preferences

Select Accounts

Select Account that is not receiving mail

Choose the '-' symbot in lower right of panel

Add the Account 

Click the '+' symbol to add the email account

Enter the email address and account info.

Close Accounts Window

Restart Outlook
