Check Status of Your Request

Whether you send an email to help@dartmouth.edu, call 603-646-2999 or use the Services Portal to ask a question or request assistance, you can quickly view the status of your request by logging into Dartmouth's Services Portal. 

To find your request:

  1. Go to services.dartmouth.edu
  2. If you do not see your name displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, click Sign in then enter your NetID and password.
  3. In the left column, click Go to My Requests. A summary of your requests will display. 
  4. To see more details, including any comments made on the request ticket, click the Title of the request. This will take you to a detailed view of the request.

If your request does not display on the My Requests page:

  1. In the Search box that appears at the top of the screen, in the Status Class field, click Select all.
  2. Use any of the other fields on this screen to help find the request you're searching for. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search to the date range during which you think it was originally created. 
  3. Click Search.

If you are still unable to find your ticket, call the IT Service Desk at 603-646-2999.
