PowerPoint Captioning on the Classroom Computer

PowerPoint’s Closed Captioning feature is available in most AV-equipped spaces supported by the Geisel AV team. This tool provides real-time, on-screen subtitles during presentations to support accessibility and improve comprehension. However, it is only available when using the installed classroom computer—this feature does not function when presenting from personal laptops or other user devices.
