What is DocuSign (eSignature)?

DocuSign is an electronic signature service that offers the ability to easily upload and send documents for electronic signature to people inside or outside Dartmouth.

Why use DocuSign?

Easily upload and send documents for others to sign.

Who is eligible

 

  • Dartmouth Employees who need to send documents for signature.

Dartmouth's DocuSign is still in it's pilot phase, so there are a limited number of licenses available. Submit a ticket using this request and let us know how many envelopes you may need to send on an annual basis. 

Additional information

In most scenarios, you do not need an account to sign a DocuSign envelope that is sent to you. If you are trying to sign documents that were not sent to you through DocuSign, there are free signature utilities like Acrobat Reader
