The Media Production Group is available to record public events and performances on the Dartmouth campus. We also provide video overflow to expand the capacity of public events and live web streaming to YouTube, Facebook and LiveStream. All events must be scheduled through the Event Management System (EMS). Click the REQUEST SERVICE button to connect to EMS.

Available to:
Faculty, staff, student, student organization or any College affiliated department or program.
Cost:
- $95 per hour (recording and editing)
- $95 overflow setup
- $250 live web stream
Requirements:

All recordings published on official Dartmouth channels (YouTube, Facebook or website) will be captioned at an addition cost. Service contingent upon resource availability. 48 hours advanced notice of an event required.
