Switch from Gmail to Office 365 Inbox

If you want to switch your preferred email delivery address from Gmail to Office 365, follow the steps below.

• These options are only present if you were provisioned to use Dartmouth Gmail in the past.
• If you choose to switch from Gmail to Office 365 your inbox will be blank, it is a fresh start. 

Step-by-Step

1. Sign in to dartdm.dartmouth.edu.
2. On the right-hand side of the page, click on Email Delivery Options.
3. Select the option for Dartmouth Office365.

4. Click on Save Changes.

If you sign in to bwa.dartmouth.edu, you should be redirected to your new inbox. All new emails will arrive in your Office 365 inbox. However, any old emails will remain in Gmail. If you would like to move them over to Office 365, you will need to forward them to yourself. You can continue to access your Gmail mailbox at gmail.dartmouth.edu.
