In order to resolve this issue we will need to delete the following registry key:
Run Regedit.exe as "Administrator
Delete - "HKLM:\Software\Microsoft\MSLicensing"
Run Internet explorer as an "administrator"
Enter RDS.dartmouth.edu
Have the client log in.
Connect to an application that was having issues
Verify that the application opens properly.
Close the application,
Close session of Internet explorer being run as an administrator.
re open the clients browser of choice
