Banner Student - Photo Rosters - Safari 12.1 not working

When accessing Banner Student using Safari 12.1 to access Course Photo Rosters, you may get the following error page.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Leave the Banner error web page open.
  2. From the Safari menu, select Preferences.
  3. Click on the Websites tab, and click Pop-up Windows in the sidebar.
  4. Select to Allow pop-up windows for banner.dartmouth.edu.
  5. Close the Preference window.
  6. Refresh the Banner page to open the photo roster pop-up window.

When using Safari 12.1, you may have to refresh the page every time you want to access a photo roster. Using another web browser such as Firefox may be preferrable for accessing photo rosters.
