Whether you send an email to help@dartmouth.edu, call 603-646-2999 or use the Services Portal to ask a question or request assistance, you can quickly view the status of your request by logging into Dartmouth's Services Portal.
To find your request:
- Go to services.dartmouth.edu.
- If you do not see your name displayed in the upper right corner of the screen, click Sign in then enter your NetID and password.
- In the left column, click Go to My Requests. A summary of your requests will display.
- To see more details, including any comments made on the request ticket, click the Title of the request. This will take you to a detailed view of the request.
If your request does not display on the My Requests page:
- In the Search box that appears at the top of the screen, in the Status Class field, click Select all.
- Use any of the other fields on this screen to help find the request you're searching for. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search to the date range during which you think it was originally created.
- Click Search.
