Step-by-Step

Before you begin, you will need to know your computer’s operating system. To find this information:

• In Windows press Win-x and select System from the menu that pops up.
• Scroll down to the Device specifications and note the System type (32-bit or 64-bit).
• Scroll down to the Windows specifications and note the operating system Edition

Setting up a new printer is a two-step process: download the driver, then install it.

Download the Driver

To download drivers, go to https://onyxweb.mykonicaminolta.com/OneStopProductSupport

1. Enter in Quick Search or in Category, the model of the Monica Multifunction Device you're adding to your computer (i.e. bizhub c754e) and click the magnifying glass.
2. Select Drivers, then Universal Print Driver V4.
3. Choose the driver for your operating system matching the information you collected above 
4. Click to choose the PCL driver then choose the most recent driver.
5. Click Ok to save the driver.

Install the Driver

Once the driver is downloaded (C:\users\netid\downloads folder on your computer)

• Right click the .zip file to Extract All.... 
• Enter the folder that was extracted and run the setup executable matching the information you collected above.
• Follow the prompts to add the printer. You should contact your Dartmouth ITC Consultant for printer name information if you do not have this on file.
