Receiving Your Computer
When you purchase your computer, you may choose one of the following delivery options:
Sent to Your Home Early
You can request home delivery when placing your order. Computers are shipped via FedEx Ground once your selected model is available in the campus store.
Please note: Computer models are updated frequently. You will receive the current model available at the time your order is fulfilled.
Students Arriving on Campus Early
If you are on campus before New Student Orientation for an early arrival program, athletic training, or a DOC trip, you may pick up your computer before Orientation begins.
Please obtain your Dartmouth ID card first, as it is required for computer pickup.
Pick Up During New Student Orientation
We recommend that most students pick up their computer when they arrive on campus for the fall term.
After receiving your student ID card from the Card Office, visit The Computer Store van located on Mass Row during New Student Orientation Check-In to collect your computer.
Beginning the day after check-in, computers may be picked up directly from The Computer Store, located at 7 South Street.
Store Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
