Remove Outlook Account Added Using Credentials

How to Remove a Credentialed Mailbox


Classic Outlook (Windows)

  1. Go to File Menu
  2. Account Settings Dropdown
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. Highlight the email account to remove
  5. Click Remove
  6. Confirm

New Outlook (Windows)

  1. Click on Settings Gear (top-right)
  2. Accounts
  3. Your Accounts
  4. Click Manage next to email account to remove
  5. Click remove
  6. Confirm

Legacy Outlook (Mac)

  1. Go to Tools Menu
  2. Accounts...
  3. Click on the email account
  4. Click Manage
  5. Remove Account
  6. Confirm

Legacy Outlook (Mac)

  1. Go to Tools Menu
  2. Accounts...
  3. Select the email account to remove
  4. Click "-" (bottom left)
  5. Confirm
