Dartmouth InCommon Federation SSO integration moving to Microsoft Entra ID - Sep 2nd

Body

Over 100 applications integrate with Dartmouth SSO as members of the InCommon Federation. Soon, InCommon Federation will integrate with Microsoft Entra ID via Cirrus bridge instead of Dartmouth's legacy on-premises SSO system.

If you are responsible for an application integrated through InCommon Federation, read more below.

What applications use InCommon Federation?

This Google Sheet lists known applications for reference. Because these applications integrate through the InCommon Federation rather than being registered directly with Dartmouth SSO, we don't have a complete inventory, so this list may not capture every integrated application.

When is this change happening?
This change is currently scheduled for September 2nd between 5AM - 7 AM.

What do you need to do?
No changes are needed by application owners or vendors.

How can you report problems?
If you experience problems, you can reach out to kemeny-itc@cloud.dartmouth.edu
