Present

Present your digital content from a laptop or other device through flat panel display.

  • End User Laptop or Other Device
    Use laptop or other device for slide shows or other media presentation.
  • Wireless Display
    This feature is not available.
  • HDMI
    Directly connect your laptop or other device to the flat panel display.

Zoom

Internal camera and microphone of laptop or other device that enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the venue. 

  • Join a Meeting
    • Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class. 
    • Launch Zoom.
    • Log in via SSO.
    • Start a meeting by entering in the Meeting ID and Password.
  • Wearable Microphone
    This feature is not available.

Getting Started

Local Presentation

  1. Locate the flat panel display remote to power on the unit.  Select power button to power on the unit.
  2. Connect HDMI cable to laptop or other device.   If needed, a USB-C to HDMI adapter is tethered to the HDMI cable.
  3. Use the remote to select content you would like to display on the flat panel display.
    1. Select Input
    2. Select HDMI input referenced below for each room:
      1. Sudikoff 005:  HDMI 2
      2. Sudikoff 147:  HDMI 2
      3. Sudikoff 241:  HDMI 1
      4. Sudikoff 244:  HDMI 1
  4. Adjust the volume through the remote for the flat panel display.
  5. When you are finished, select the power button on the remote for the flat panel display to power off the unit.

Join Zoom

  1. Set up your Zoom meeting before hand and note the Meeting ID and Password
  2. Launch and sign in to Zoom on your laptop or other device.  Select Join button and enter Meeting ID and password.
