Note: The “Course Introduction” video is the first impression students will receive of your course and generally offers greater flexibility, regarding the look and feel of the video, compared to course content videos. This is a great opportunity to highlight spaces on/near campus that may be important to you or your course’s content. Please reach out to your assigned Ed Media Specialist or Learning Designer if you’re interested in filming at a unique location around campus.

Faculty Introduction Video: We encourage you to create a separate “Faculty Introduction” video. This video provides additional time to dedicate to introducing yourself, your passions, and your credentials. It also helps to keep course content information separate from your personal introductory information, which can help preserve students’ time when referring back to the “Course Introduction” for specific course information.
