Introduction
On February 6, 2026, Zoom will be launching a new feature called Zoom Hub. Zoom Hub is a centralized space providing fast and easy access to Zoom assets and content, and it will be available within the Zoom desktop client and the Zoom web portal. All Zoom users will have access.

Accessing Zoom Hub
In the Zoom desktop client, there is a menu option called "Hub". If it hasn't been used before, it will be found under the "... More" button.

On the web, "Hub" can be found in the main menu along the left side of the main page. Clicking on it will open your Zoom Hub in a new browser tab.

Contents of Zoom Hub
- Whiteboards
- Clips
- Meeting recordings
- Meeting summaries
- If a Zoom user has shared a Zoom Doc with you, you may see Docs here. Dartmouth has not fully implemented Zoom Docs at this time
Requirements
There is no action required to use Zoom Hub. Once launched, it will be available to all Dartmouth users.
