OnBase Error : 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied

This article is to help OnBase clients who receive an error from Unity client not able to access any documents .

Error: 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to Invalid Credentials

With new machines, sometimes users run into the below error in their Unity Client.

 

In this documentation, we attempt to fix the above Unity Client issue by updating the Internet Options on the windows machine.

1. Search for Internet Options

2. Go to "Security"

3. Select "Local Intranet"

4. Go to "Sites"

5. Go to "Advanced"

6. Add https://*.dartmouth.edu and https://onbase*.*.dartmouth.edu

 

Now restart the Unity Client and the authentication error should be resolved.
