These are examples of issues we are seeing currently. Solutions are workarounds that have succeeded for a limited user base and may not be the fix for all.
- I cannot open any PowerPoint files or Word docs. All I get is this prompt, and when I follow the requests, still it doesn’t work
- Logout of App - Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel. Sign in again
- P-card Transactions - Firefox
- Java no longer popping after DUO
- Upgrade to Java 8 431 Build 10
- Remote Desktop
- unable to successfully open OnBase from rds.dartmouth.edu since upgrade to Sequoia. Final update 15.1 and issue persists
The following vendors are not yet supporting Sequoia:
- GlobalProtect VPN
- Testing newer version of GlobalProtect for release soom
