"We were unable to sign you in because your browser is not accepting cookies
Please contact your local helpdesk for assistance in enabling third party cookies, or configuring your LMS to open this page in a new tab"

Faculty or Staff in a classroom using the installed Mac computer or from their personal Mac computer receives the following error message:
Resolution
- Go to menu bar
- Select Safari
- Select Settings
- Select Privacy button
- Go to Website Tracking
- Uncheck the box for "Prevent cross-site-tracking"
- Close this popup
- Go back to the site where the content is the user is trying to launch
- Select the refresh icon
- Select content for playback (to be viewed)
Note: Older Mac OS may have an additional option to Block Third Party Cookies. Verify that box is also unchecked.
Work-a-Round
If the caller does not want to walk through the above process, they can:
- Open a different browser (Chrome or Firefox)
- Go to the website
- Log-in (if needed)
- Launch content for playback (to be viewed)
