Overview
The portable audiovisual system is a single flat panel display room that will support the use of event computer or laptop through wired or wireless connection. An external USB webcam and USB microphone is available for use with Zoom or other desktop conferencing applications.

Flat Panel Remote
Technology Features
Present
Present your digital content from a computer through flat panel display.
- Event Computer
Use the event computer for slide shows or other media presentation.
- Wireless Display
Launch Zoom through the event computer, start a meeting and wirelessly connect from your computer via Zoom by selecting share content. The Zoom Desktop client will need to be downloaded onto your computer before use.
- HDMI
Directly connect your laptop or other device to the audiovisual system.
Zoom
External USB webcam and external USB microphone connected to event computer enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the venue.
- Join a Meeting
Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class and join from the room by entering in the Meeting ID and Password
- Zoom Share
Use the Zoom "Share" button in the Zoom desktop client to wirelessly present your content in-room and to any remote participants in the Zoom meeting
Getting Started
Local Presentation
- Plug your laptop or mobile device into the HDMI cable. With flat panel remote select input and select HDMI 3. Adapter may be required. OR launch a Zoom meeting from the event computer and launch Zoom from your computer and select "Share Screen" button.
- Us the remote to select content you would like to display on the flat panel display.
- Select Input
- Select HDMI 2 for the computer or HDMI 3 for HDMI
- Adjust the volume through the remote for the flat panel display.
When you are finished, select the power button on the remote for the flat panel display.
Join Zoom
- Set up your Zoom meeting before hand and note the Meeting ID and Password
- Launch and sign in to Zoom on the event computer or your laptop. Select "Start Meeting" button and enter in the Meeting ID and Password when prompted
- To present content, use Zoom Share from the classroom computer or your laptop
