After a logic board replacement, Cannot access Outlook or Office apps. Results in Error Code C0090016

Solution
Check TPM and if not "Ready for use" following KB for updating TPM
Most of the time however the issue is that the laptop needs to be removed from Azure AD, then re-added.
- Make sure you have the dartadmin (LAPS) password for the laptop, and test it to be sure it works, so you can log on to that local account with no network/domain if needed.
- Sign in to the laptop using the dcadmin account.
- Connect the laptop to an Ethernet connection.
- Go to \\of_provost\itcdm -> Software -> Win -> Scripts - TPM and copy the TPM folder over to the laptop
- In the Scripts folder, run (as Administrator) the AAD_Status.bat to confirm that laptop is likely in Azure AD
- Run the AAD_Leave.bat then use AAD_Status.bat to confirm that laptop is not longer in Azure AD
- Run the AAD_Join.bat then the account will be automatically logged out, then log back in and use AAD_Status.bat to confirm that laptop is back in Azure AD.
- Restart the computer, have the user log in to their account
- Launch an Office app such as Word to be sure you can login and activate Office.
- Then when successful with Word, log in to Outlook.
