Planon Maintenance Viewing Work Order Attachments

Open Planon Production via your web browser of choice:

https://facilities.dartmouth.edu

1. Navigate to the Work management navigation group
2. Select Work Overview
3. Open the Request
4. Go to the Order Details tab
5. Select Communication logs

To view the attachment

1. Click on the file in the Communication log and then select Download files
   
   
    
2. Click on Download zip when prompted
   
   
    
3. Click on the commlogs.zip file at the bottom of the screen
   
   
    
4. In the Downloads folder, click on the Orders folder
   
   
    
5. Keep click through the folders until you see the document
