Present
Present your digital content from a computer through the projector and speakers.
- Classroom Computer
Use the classroom computer for slide shows or other media presentation.
- HDMI
Directly connect your laptop or other device to the audiovisual system.
Zoom
External USB Web cam connected to classroom computer enables remote guests to see and hear activities in the classroom.
- Join a Meeting
- Set up a Zoom meeting ahead of class.
- Launch Zoom.
- Log in via SSO.
- Start a meeting by entering in the Meeting ID and Password.
Getting Started
Local Presentation
- Plug your laptop or mobile device into the HDMI cable on top of the credenza (or use the classroom computer). Adapter may be required.
- Turn on the projector using the remote control power button
- Adjust the volume of your presentation content using the media player's volume control (e.g. Panopto, YouTube, etc.).
- Turn off the projector using the power button when you are finished.
