Summary
The Scheduled Send/Delayed Delivery feature of Outlook and Gmail allows you to set a delivery time for your messages rather than sending it immediately.

Create a new message
Compose the new message.
Before pressing send, select the downward facing caret
next to the
Send
button.
Set your date and time. Then press the send button.
Outlook for Windows
Create a new message.
In the Ribbon of the new message, select
Options.
Under the
More Options
section, select
Delay Delivery
.
Check the option
Do not delivery before
, set your date and time, and press
OK.
Compose your message and press
Send
like you normally would. Your message will be remain in the Outbox until the time you have designated.
Outlook for Mac
Create a new message.
Compose your message.
Before pressing send, select the downward facing caret

Gmail
Create a new message
Compose your message
Before pressing send, select the downward facing caret
next to the
Send
button.
Set your date and time, then press the send button. Your scheduled message will remain in the

label until it's reached the designated send time.
