Planon Space Basic Functions

1. Find and download a CAD drawing by building and floor
   • Left pane is the TSI (Task Specific Interface) menu, select the Spaces & Workspaces TSI
   • The top bar is the Navigation Bar, in the Properties tab, filter to find the building
     • Ex. Property name Contains “McKenzie”, then select the desired building
   • Click Filters on the Navigation Bar and choose the building attribute to filter by
     • Ex. Floors and select the desired floor
   • From the data pane on the right, click the download icon next to the CAD Drawing path
2. View the spaces on a floor
   • With the floor selected click Spaces on the Navigation Bar
   • Select a space to view details in the data pane
   • Click the CAD Integrator icon (center among the three icons at top right)
   • The CAD Integrator view displays the floorplan to which space data can be mapped
3. Map Space data to the CAD Integrator and download a PDF floorplan
   • With the CAD Integrator open, click to open the CAD Integrator menu
   • From the CAD Integrator menu, select desired mapping
     • Ex. People per Space will display the people names and phones numbers
     • Text may be resized or repositioned by double clicking the text block
   • To download a PDF of the floorplan, click the Save to PDF icon on the top right
4. Generate a report of space data
   • With the desired Spaces selected, click Report in the right-side Actions menu
   • Choose an existing report or create a new report
   • Click Preview & Print or Save as from the ride side reports menu
