Add a Duo Device

Dartmouth now uses the Duo Universal Prompt interface. You can read more about the features of this interface on the Duo website. Below are instructions for adding a new device, though you can also follow along and, after Step 6, use the Device Management window to remove or update devices as well. The following assumes you have already completed initial Duo enrollment and simply want to add a new device.

Step-by-Step

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://2faenroll.dartmouth.edu
2. Click Enroll/Verify
   
    
3. Enter your NetID and Password then click Login
   
    
4. On the Duo verify screen click on Other Options.
   
    
5. On the Other Options to Login screen click Manage Devices.
   
    
6. Once again, verify your identity with Duo.
   
    
7. In the Device Management window, click on Add a device:
   
    
8. Choose how you want to login on the new Device and complete the steps for your specific device.
