Greenprint "Username not found in AD" Error

Trying to sign in to greenprint.dartmouth.edu returns the error "Username not found in AD".

Environment

This article applies to greenprint.dartmouth.edu in any browser on both Windows and Mac.

Cause

The NetID is entered with capitalized letters.

Resolution

Use lower case letters for the NetID. For example, d12345c instead of D12345C.
