"Your call could not be connected" Error in GoToConnect

If you are receiving this error - “Your call could not be connected. Something went wrong and we are working on it! Please try again later.” - this typically means that your computer's microphone isn't allowed to be used by GoToConnect. To resolve this:

  1. Open the "Settings" application on your computer (you can find this by using the Search function.).
  2. Click Privacy, then Microphone
  3. Make sure the "Allow Apps to access your microphone" is set to On
