Save VoiceMail Message on Cisco Phone to Computer

Before you move to Dartmouth's new phone service, if you have voicemail messages on your Cisco phone that you want to save, you can download them to your computer using the steps below:

  1. Open a web browser and go to uconnect01.dartmouth.edu/inbox
Important: You must be on a Dartmouth network to access the uconnect01 server - either the wired network, the Eduroam wireless network, or have a VPN connection.
Note: If you are accessing this web site from a Macintosh computer, you need to use the Safari browser in order to have all the necessary links available to you.
  2. Log in with your Dartmouth NetID and password. (If that doesn't work, go to https://services.dartmouth.edu/TDClient/1806/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=30993 and submit a request asking that your password for uconnect be reset.)
  3. Click the message you want to save to your computer.
  4. Right click message.wav that appears just below the line you selected, then click Save Target As (or Save Link As) from the menu that appears.
  5. Save this file to the location where you want the message stored on your computer.
