Banner - Invocation access error message

If you see the message "Service Invocation Failed" when logging in or while using Banner, first close your browser (all tabs and windows) and then restart. If restarting your browser doesn't work, you may need to clear your cache and cookies

This issue is reported more frequently with the Internet Explorer web browser and less often with Chrome or Firefox.  Using a different web browser may work.

Be sure to log out of Banner before closing your web browser.
