Issue
Calendar not syncing on Outlook. The status bar at the bottom of the page shows "Downloading" or "Pending Folder Sync".
Environment
Microsoft Office for Mac 2016 and up. This only applies to a client side problem. If you cannot accept
Cause
Resolution
3 possible solutions. First confirm that this issue is not with the 0365 account. If you can accept invites in BWA and they immediately show up on your BWA calendar, then try the following fixes to repair the client side.
1st- Clearing the cache of the calendar.
- Right click on the main calendar and select Properties.
- Select Empty Cache.
- This will clear the calendar and takes a couple minutes to fully load the calendar from the exchange.
2nd- Remove the profile.
- The main profile is located in the User's Library. Go to ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles/Main Profile
- Delete the Main Profile or put it in a folder of a different name.
- Open Outlook and sign in again. It will begin to rebuild the profile
3rd- Remove all Microsoft files from the computer and reinstall

- Reboot the computer.
- Reinstall Office.Sign in under user's email/NetID
