Reset Account in Outlook for iOS

If you are having syncing issues with an email account that is setup in your Outlook for iOS application, you can try resetting the account.


  1. Open up the Outlook app
  2. Tap on the icon found on the top left left corner of your screen (Note: The icon will either be your initials or a photo that you have previously uploaded to you account)
  3. Tap the Settings Gear found on the bottom left of your screen
  4. Under Accounts, select the account that is having syncing issues
  5. Tap on the Reset Account option
