Your configuration data appear to be corrupted

Issue

Signing into Big-IP Edge Client shows pop up box with the message "Your configuration data appears to be corrupted.  Would you like to reset them to their default values?

Environment

Windows 10 with F5 Big-IP client installed and set to connect to the servers:

login.vpn.dartmouth.edu

dup.vpn.dartmouth.edu

Cause

Cause is unknown

Workaround

Chose the "yes" button to reset to the default values.

Relaunch Big-IP VPN and cancel the box to sign into the Login server

Click on the "change server" button, then add the server "duo.vpn.dartmouth.edu
