Can not print to campus printers on Mac anymore - Connected to Eduroam

Issue

Could previously print to campus printers and can no longer print. The computer is connected to Eduroam wireless network, has been restarted, and printers are showing in System Preferences. Trying to print from any application results in an error message and test pages cannot be printed.

Environment

macOS (Sierra 10.12)

 

Resolution

 

Reset the printing system as detailed in the support article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203343

*Please note, resetting the printing system removes all printers and scanners—including their print jobs and settings—from Printers & Scanners preferences
