Configure Internet Explorer 11 to allow Java pop-ups

Under Windows 10, Chrome, Edge, Firefox don't support Java. P-Card link in Oracle Business suite requires Java (J2SE Plugin version 1.8.0_162) for pop-ups.

Step-by-Step

1. Download and install J2SE Plugin version 1.8.0_162 from Java website.
2. Open Internet Explorer 11 > Tools > Internet Options.
3. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, clear Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box.
4. Select OK, restart Internet Explorer 11
