Can no longer print on Campus Networked Printer - from Wireless Connection

Can No Longer Print on Campus Networked Printer

Symptoms:

  • You were able to print to a network printer before
  • Other people can print to the printer
  • You can see the printer on your machine but it is showing as offline or unavailable

Solution

  • Check your network connection.
    • Windows - click on your network connection bottom right in the task bar
      • look on the top of the list.  Make sure it is on Eduroam and it says connected.
        • If not click on eduroam and reconnect it using your netid@dartmouth.edu and your password.
    • Mac - click on the wireless icon at the top of the desktop on the right
      • Make sure it is on Eduroam and it has a checkmark by it.
        • If not click on eduroam and reconnect it using your netid@dartmouth.edu
