How do I create a ticket and/or get help?

Dartmouth's new service portal was implemented to help you find the answer without having to create a ticket. Click Knowledge Base in the dark green menu bar, and search for articles with the information to answer your question.

If you still need assistance, to create a ticket do any of the following:

  1. Click Services in the dark green menu bar at the top of this page, then search for the service you want to request. Once you locate the service, click the "request service" button at the top of the right column to submit a request for the selected service.
  2. If you can't find the service you're looking for, submit a general request at
  3. Call the ITC Service Desk at 603-646-2999.
  4. Visit your department or school's IT walk-in center.
