ITC Call Center

Overview

The ITC Call Center provides technology support via phone and remote support tools to Dartmouth faculty, staff, and students. The Call Center is operated by our support partner Vitalyst.

Available To

The ITC Call Center provides technology support for active members of the Dartmouth Community who are:

  • Faculty appointed in the Arts and Sciences division
  • Dartmouth College undergraduate students
  • Students in the Guarini School of Graduate and Advanced Studies
  • Dartmouth College staff
  • Arts and Sciences division Emeriti faculty
  • Dartmouth College Emeriti staff

Professional school (Geisel, Tuck, Thayer) faculty, staff, and students can follow the call center prompts to be redirected to support for their school. Direct contact information may be found here: IT Help for Professional and Graduate Schools.

Services

Dartmouth Account Support

*In order to provide assistance with accessing your account, you will be asked to verify your identity by providing several pieces of personally identifiable information.


Software Support

  • Troubleshooting productivity applications such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, or Zoom.


Referral to ITC Service Desk

  • If your question or issue cannot be addressed by Vitalyst in the call, they will create a ticket for you, and someone from your Service Desk Support Team will reach out to you for follow up.
