Unable to Login to GoToConnect on iPhone

To resolve this error, first, make sure you are using <your NetID>@dartmouth.edu when prompted for your email address. If you are, follow the steps below:

  1. On your iPhone, touch Settings
  2. Scroll down to and touch Safari
  3. Touch Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Uninstall the GoToConnect app then reinstall it from the App Store.
