Although we hope that everyone will be able to enjoy time away from work during winter break we know you may need help. 

  • CTC may be closed but our helpful Service Desk will be available 24/7 by phone only to help with technology questions and issues during winter break.

  • Tickets and emails sent to help@dartmouth.edu and ITC@Dartmouth.edu during Winterim will be reviewed on January 2, 2024. Need help immediately, refer to the first bullet.
