Install the Zoom Outlook Add-In for Mac

The Zoom for Outlook Add-In can be installed in Outlook for Mac.


  1. Under the Home tab in the Mail view of Outlook, click on Get Add-Ins at the top right of the ribbon menu.

  1. Search for “Zoom for Outlook”.
  2. Add the Add-In.

  1. The new Add-In should appear when you create or open a calendar event.

  1. Before you can use the Add-In, you will need to sign in. Click on the Settings icon and select Sign in with SSO at the bottom.

  1. Enter Dartmouth in the text field, so that it reads Click Continue.

  1. Log in with your Dartmouth NetID and password, and check the box to "Remember me for 30 days". Then, authenticate with Duo.
